Analyze deals
CRM Grader looks at deals that have a close date in the past, deals without any activity in the past 2 weeks, deals with no next steps defined, deals without an assigned owner, and deals that are single-threaded (i.e. 1 or less associated contacts), and gives you a score for each of these metrics.

Analyze people
CRM Grader looks at the key fields in your lead and contact records and shows you: 1) how much data coverage you have in each of them, and 2) how much additional coverage Coffee's data enrichment could add. Fields analyzed include email, first & last name, phone number, city/state/country, and LinkedIn profile.

Analyze companies
CRM Grader looks at the key fields in your company records and shows you: 1) how much data coverage you have in each of them, and 2) how much additional coverage Coffee's data enrichment could add. Fields analyzed include URL, name, phone number, location, revenue, industry, description and LinkedIn profile.
