We make Strategyzer discovery sessions to define Value Proposition and Business model so everyone's on the same page. We also define the Customer journey as well as the desired Automation map. At the end of this phase, we deliver an Inbound marketing strategy. The best part is that we continue to work with you and implement the developed strategy, which we constantly improve by evaluating the results!
