Knowledgeable, Responsive, Nimble Team

When we met the Sellerant team, we did not have a consistent and measurable sales process for our small, vertical-market service business, but we did have a rudimentary implementation of HubSpot CRM. The Sellerant team offered a way to leverage our investment in HubSpot CRM while adding the capabilities of Sales Hub to solve our lead to close tracking problem. Sellerant started our engagement by listening. They took the time to understand us and our business, to ask the important questions that helped us think deeply about what we really needed and to help us think bigger. They developed a solid implementation plan based on best sales practices. The plan included plenty of opportunity for feedback and adjustment. During implementation they trained our staff with infinite patience. Not everyone on our team shared the same level of comfort with technology, but no one was made to feel ignorant. What an outstanding team at every level. We have now added a new project to our engagement because of their fine work.

Sellerant was pivotal in closing our first paid pilot contract. They used a combination of strategy, systems and skills with HubSpot at the center of how these came together. Through this they were able to get our alignment and messaging right for our target customer profile. What was also useful is they helped configure our HubSpot instance to allow for efficient scaling. Through this they were able to help us create early offers that converted.

Incredibly efficient, effective sales enablement

We retained Sellerant as our new outsourced SDR team and they immediately filled our pipeline with qualified leads. In addition to handling all new inbound leads from website chat, paid ads and content placement campaigns, they worked outbound campaigns to our stale Salesforce leads and set new meetings for our AE's. They also took on a co-selling campaign with our largest partner, worked with our marketing team on a new ABM strategy, and influenced over $1.6m in new revenue within 90 days. They also helped optimize our HubSpot Marketing portal with new lead segmentation, engagement, KPI reporting dashboards and lead scoring. Incredible value, outstanding results.
