Fungerer som annonceret. Kunne godt tænke mig mere HelpDesk-integration.
Det virker mere understøttende for salgschat end for support, men vi er taknemmelige for, at chatkonversationen er forbundet med eksisterende kontakter.
Chats matches korrekt med eksisterende kontakter, når der foreligger tilstrækkelige oplysninger.
Der er ikke en klar vej til at oprette en billet i HubSpot fra Intercom, i det mindste har vi været i stand til at implementere det i vores instans.
