1) We create the Custom HubSpot Sales Reports and Dashboards your business needs

It’s your data, you should be able to do whatever you want with it and we are here to help you do just that!

Our team is committed to helping businesses put the human touch into the HubSpot platform by providing meaningful, internally-facing sales metrics that will help them grow. You know your business and sales process better than anyone and together we can help create the custom HubSpot Reports and Dashboards that will provide you the information you need to grow and when you need it.

2) Out-the-box email Sales Reports

We offer 5 automated and flexible email Reports in our standard plan. We have the Sales Reports you crave delivered right to your inbox. Choose to receive updates on stagnant leads, deal changes, deal velocity and more. We make it easy for Sales managers to get the data they need to grow their Sales teams in the ways they know how.

Since our solution is a standalone integration, there’s no setup required within HubSpot. You simply need to login and get started. All our Reports were designed and built based on feedback from real customers and solving their everyday Sales Reporting issues. Check back regularly as we add more out-the-box Reports.

3) Out-the box Dashboards

We offer 3 Dashboards in our standard plan. We designed our Dashboards to provide sales managers with the data they need to accurately forecast Sales on a granular level, coach their Sales Representitives to succeed and understand Sales changes they face within a historical context. All our Dashboards were designed and built based on feedback from real customers and solving their everyday Sales Dashboard issues. Check back regularly as we add more out-the-box Dashboards.

Funktionen

I need a bespoke Report/Dashboard and HubSpot can’t build it

Issue: HubSpot has a large range of Sales Reports but there is no ability to build your own bespoke reports Solution: MethodData has their own portal where our team can build bespoke Reports/Dashboards. If the data exists in your HubSpot, there is no Report/Dashboard that MethodData cannot build

I have no way of emailing new or existing Contacts to myself or team

Issue: I can't email out new or existing Lists of Contacts Solution: The MethodData List Report is our most popular report. The Contacts are included directly in an email with a HubSpot link for each Contact or can also be attached in a spreadsheet or CSV

I want to know the Velocity of my Deals

Issue: There is no way in HubSpot to compare the Velocity of any Deal in a Pipeline to the average. This means a Sales Leader doesn’t know which deals need his/her focus at a glance Solution: The MethodData Deal Velocity report will send a regular email showing the top 10 and bottom slowest deals

I can’t see what information has changed in a Deal

Issue: There is no way to compare what has changed in a deal since it was last reviewed Solution: MethodData’s Pipeline Change Report generates an email showing the changes on every deal since the report was last generated. It will show changes in stage, amount, etc.

What is the value of my forecasted vs actual Pipelines per Sales Rep?

Issue: I want a breakdown of Pipeline value per Sales Rep per quarter for forecasted vs actual Solution: MethodData’s Forecasted vs. Actual Revenue by Representative Dashboard displays this information for the current quarter and for the next 4 quarters per Sales Representative per Pipeline

The reports I always wanted delivered daily

Method Data has awesome out of the box reports but it is their custom reporting capabilities and integration expertise where they really shine. Easy to work with and well worth engaging.
