Hervorragende Möglichkeit, Informationsfragen von Live-Agenten zu entlasten, damit diese sich auf Fragen und Kundendienstanfragen konzentrieren können, die einen Menschen erfordern.
Durch den Einsatz eines KI-Agenten in unserem Live-Chat konnten wir unseren First-Line-Support fast vollständig automatisieren. Informationsfragen werden nun automatisch bearbeitet, sodass wir uns auf die Unterstützung der Kunden bei den Anfragen konzentrieren können, die eine menschliche Interaktion erfordern, wie z. B. die Auftragsverwaltung.
Lernt automatisch von unserer Website und unseren Schulungsunterlagen. Sie müssen sich nicht mehr darum kümmern, dass Ihre Mitarbeiter mit Produktspezifikationen und Schulungen auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Einfach einzurichten, zu aktualisieren und zu überwachen.
