Create contact with phone number

For a new caller calling on SR Number(SuperReceptionist Virtual Number) integrated with HubSpot, a Contact is created in the HubSpot. The “first name” and “phone” field of Contact created is updated with the “caller's phone number”. One can find newly created contact under the Contact section

Call Engagement for each and every call

For each call irrespective of call solution(Inbound, Outbound, OBD campaign, OBD call center) a call engagement with call details will be created associated with the contact. One can find newly created call engagement under the Activity as well as Call section of the contact
