Nevertheless, their patience toward a new kid on the block is impeccable. I purchased a few templates from 310 and they are all very well-designed. Initially, one of the templates didn't download after the purchase, but after reaching out to the agency they were able to fix the problem right away for me. The templates are very user-friendly and the agency was able to even offer my company a few minor customizations for our microsite. Overall, great experience!
