Pace does not collect, store, or share any HubSpot data with external systems.
All workflow actions are processed in real-time using secure, temporary job queues. No contact, deal, or custom object data is persisted outside of HubSpot.

❌ No data is shared with third parties
✅ All operations happen within the context of the HubSpot workflow action at runtime
Pace only reads the minimal information required to execute workflow actions (e.g., object IDs, timing settings), and this data is not retained after processing.
Pace adheres to HubSpot’s 7-day workflow object retention policy. HubSpot can only hold an object in a workflow action for up to 7 days. To comply with this limit, Pace automatically processes any remaining queued records before that limit is reached.
This built-in safeguard ensures no data is stored long-term and that workflows always stay in sync with HubSpot’s processing rules.
