The app is meant to establish the connection between SuperBot (The AI-Powered Virtual Call Centre) and the system to enable the clients to leverage the power of AI and enhance their customer experience and revenue. With this app, SuperBot will be able to pull the contact number, the other variable parameters as required by the clients, to place the calls accordingly. Similarly, once the calls are completed, the responses received and the classifications of the calls will be pushed back into the system for the client's reference and data analytics to decide their future roadmap.
Características

Updates Leads/Contacts as per the received user responses
Post a successful call placed by SuperBot, the app will push the required responses given by the user against the questions asked in the lead/contact details and will update the relevant information accordingly.

Add SuperBot call recording Lead/Contact
Against every successful call, the app will push the call recording of the conversation taken place between the lead/contact with SuperBot, under the lead/contact profile, for the due reference of the organisations.

Add Notes in Lead/Contact
For the ease of auditing where listening to each and every audio will be difficult, the audio transcript will also be provided, with information about the responses received against the questions asked, under the notes section in the notes format. This data will be pushed under the lead/contact notes section using the app.

Add task under Lead/Contact
Depending upon the use case, if there is a case where the user request a call back, the app will push that data in the system under the lead/contact as a task, for the human agents to know about it and address the callback request.
