Riley and the BrainSell team providing 6 weeks of HubSpot onboarding and training for our sales team. Riley was extremely knowledgeable of the software CRM, while ensuring that each session was a paced approach for us to navigate the functionality of the CRM. Successful Onboarding

Thanks to the BrainSell team and working with Riley, our implementation engineer, we were able to activate the marketing hub and greatly reduce our time-to-value. Riley was exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. After only 1 month, we observed results and experienced (and continue to experience) tremendous value from HubSpot compared to our legacy marketing solution. 5 stars for BrainSell and 5 stars for HubSpot!

They had our back from start to finish

BrainSell had our backs from start to finish. They were part of the process from the beginning and helped us to translate the techno-jargon that we weren't familiar with. Their goal was to make sure that nothing was missed during the process that would come back to haunt us down the road. By involving BrainSell early we had another set of ears and eyes in the conversation to sanity-check us and HubSpot. It was clear they knew what they were talking about and since they were going to be implementing our system they made sure that we weren't going to have any surprises or changes from what happened during the sales stage. Our website has improved so much from where it was before HubSpot and we're utilizing the free marketing and CRM tools to engage with potential new recruits for our club. Our club is small, with approximately 50 members prior to this engagement. Since we engaged with BrainSell and implemented HubSpot we've added 9 new members. Which is almost a 20% increase in membership. This is in 3 months. We typically only add 1 to 2 members per year.
