We went from 152 excel spread sheets with random customer information into everything in HubSpot CRM within 3 months. This PLUS updating customer contracts and contacts, with tacit knowledge and running email correspondence. Giant leap into full 360 degrees customer overview and real time live info on who is speaking to whom about what. Jesper was a giant help, and fully understood the complexity of our business processes and communication (or lack hereof) Jesper designed a setup that fits perfectly into the way we operate, and has teached us to create our own designs moving forward. Jesper's pragmatic and friendly approach made it easy for all levels of our business to understand, and accept the new processes within documentation of customer visits, correspondence, agreements etc. Making this transformation within our business is not to be underestimated. It requires backup and support from top management, as a well implemented CRM system will touch upon many processes that goes far out of our commercial organizaiton into operations, finance etc. It does require that stakeholders are informed and accept to use Hub Spot where top management needs to push for this on an everyday basis. Jesper knew when to push and when to back off - it was a GREAT pleasure to work with him from day 1.
