Acerca de IDEAPORT RIGA

We are a 90 people-strong CRM specialist company experienced in working with enterprise companies. We understand their needs for UI and business logic customization, granular data access control, and systems integration. HubSpot is rapidly adding these capabilities to its product, making it an excellent choice for growing and enterprise companies alike. Ideaport Riga is big enough to deliver and small enough to care. With our clients, we start HubSpot implementation with an analysis of relevant customer journeys. Then we figure out how to streamline customer experience by fine-tuning marketing, sales, and services processes. Finally, we arrive at HubSpot configuration requirements and work out all the integration points with other IT solutions. Our clients come from the Nordic and Baltic countries, the UK, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. They work in the manufacturing, finance, retail, real estate and technology industries, as well as the public sector.

A great partner in sales process digitalization

Prudentia is a leading corporate finance company in the Baltic States. Last year we have geographically expanded our operations, that, in turn, significantly increased amount of valuable data and connections. We decide to take the next step in digitalizing our knowledge base, sales and marketing activities using the HubSpot platform. Kudos to Juris and Natalja from Ideaport who have helped us on this journey. Ideaport quickly understood our deal management process and seamlessly implemented it using HubSpot Sales Hub. They pinpointed the areas where our productivity losses were biggest and, to a large extent, solved them with HubSpot automation. Finally, Ideaport integrated HubSpot with the local company register using APIs. Before storing data in HubSpot, the integration logic also performs extra calculations, making it easy for us to identify, target and score the right prospects directly via HubSpot. We definitely look forward to working with Ideaport on the subsequent phases of our digitalization initiative and highly recommend their service to other HubSpot customers!
