All you need to do is set which currencies you want updated, how often (daily, weekly or monthly) you want the updates to happen and whether you want to use a live rate, an average of the past 30 days rate or an average of the month-to-date rate.

Your sales team will love the Currency-R8 card, which sits right inside the deal screen and automatically recognises your existing deal and line items currency and amount. Use this to instantly lookup the value of your deal in 150+ currencies, using real-time rates, by simply clicking a button and selecting the currency you require. Choose to automatically update your deal (and line items) with the new currency and amount, copy the new amount to the clipboard for use elsewhere or simply close the lookup window with no further action, the choice is yours. (Note: the card feature can be disabled if you purely want to use Currency-R8 Scheduler or within workflows.)

Currency-R8 can also be dropped straight into your HubSpot workflows, just select it from the list of actions, select which currency you want to convert to/from and let Currency-R8 handle the rest. Or, pass the converted currency values back into your workflow to support conditional logic or saving to custom properties.
