As a Fractional CMO serving multiple organizations, it's my job and responsibility to ensure I bring the right partners to the table in order to effectively execute projects and programs. Recently, we were completing a website build when we encountered a code issue that caused 2 pages not to render correctly. When I started managing our global demand generation, I inherited 4 disparate HubSpot instances, misaligned processes, confusion, workflows that were simply not doing what they were supposed to.
