Excellent needs diagnosis and training

All sessions have been spot on. Tony made a great initial diagnosis for our growing global EdTech company. He was able to recommend the best HubSpot package for our current needs (with 'land and expand' in mind) - and also with a very good deal - and walked us easily and clearly thoughout all the areas we need to master in order to maximise HubSpot. Brilliant Service

Tony has been very helpful with our HubSpot onboarding and training, especially as we have had a big list of contacts and a lot of history activity to be uploaded. He was very patient, provided training videos when needed, trained our sales team on how to use HubSpot.

Real Inbound - a Gold Solutions Partner for HubSpot came highly recommended via Swansea University. Around 9 months ago, the company I work for (CCS McLays) were looking for an easier way to manage our content management system and HubSpot seemed to be the perfect alternative to WordPress (which at times could prove clunky and inefficient for us to make amendments in-house). Tony took the time to give me a comprehensive and very helpful overview of HubSpot's functionalities and capabilities. Outstanding Support

We recently engaged Tony at Realinbound to help us set up our new CRM. After an initial phone conversation and a couple of hours training we were up and running confidently utilising many of the features HubSpot offers. Tony's knowledge and understanding of the system has allowed us to streamline huge areas of our work, and as we discover more of what HubSpot is capable of, I expect this to increase further. I know Tony is at the end of the phone and is always happy to offer his advice and support when needed. I'm looking forward to working with him on our inbound marketing strategy in the near future.

Real Inbound introduced HubSpot which has enabled us to streamline our processes and save HOURS a week of administration through their cleverly designed workflows, bespoke forms we now manage clients from their first website visit and enquiry until they have joined our network of clients officially, sending automated emails, messages and documents as they move through the steps of our workflow. It's change the way we manage clients, transfer documents and understand our clients - its game changing for us and a dream for the team to use, banishing much of the administration, and without the guide and expertise of Real Inbound on this it wouldn't be possible.
