HubSpot and website development and implementation

Digikat setup our HubSpot account, designed our website using the HubSpot platform and our shopify account. Mick took the time to understand our business, what we needed from the website and our future plans and requiorements. The website was built quickly, we were consulted throughout the process and trained on how to use it, edit and change it if needed and how it worked with HubSpot. When we realsied we needed Shopify as well, this was added. At all times Digikat has been responsive, professionaly and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future

Great experience with Mick and the Digikat Team

Digikat was recommended to us when it came to completely updating our website in 2022. Our old website was based on our old branding and we worked closely with Mick to ensure that the new website reflect the branding that we wished to showcase. After our initial discovery call, we were sent a very detailed proposal which included a 20-minute video explaining exactly what would be delivered. The onboarding process was as smooth as any large migration could be. We had regular meetings with Mick and also had access to a project management board so that we could see how we were tracking. At the same time, we had engaged an SEO company and Mick was more than happy to attend over 5 meetings with this third-party and was very accommodating with the SEO suggestions. This continued after the site was live for a period of months. The biggest compliment I could give Mick and the team is that most people that we speak to who have been on our website comment almost straight away with "I love your website." If you're looking to partner with an agency that can deliver then I have no hesitation in recommending Digikat.

Ils n'ont aucune capacité de conception et aucune capacité technique. Ils vous laisseront tomber ! Tenez-vous vraiment à l'écart de ces personnes, car vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir mal au cœur. Ils prennent votre argent et ne font pas ce qu'ils ont dit qu'ils feraient.

Efficient On-boarding

I found DigiKat delivered an efficient path to on-boarding. Mick is very knowledgeable and gives clear directions and options (when appropriate) which is highly appreciable. I personally really enjoyed working with Mick as he shared his knowledge at the right paste. I think success is in preparation of the calls to get the best from them. I wished I had prepared the first ones a bit more if this can help other project manager. We used DigiKat for the sales silo of HubSpot and I would like to use them again for the marketing silo in the future.
