We have just wrapped our onboarding programme with Connor and wanted to share some feedback as it has been a brilliant experience from beginning to end. Getting to grips with HubSpot was a little daunting as we knew there would be a lot to learn but Connor took us through the process in such a supportive, clear and helpful way. There was no question he couldn’t answer and he always went above and beyond to ensure we got the information and guidance we needed. Most importantly, he explained things in a way we, as novices, could understand. The onboarding was structured really well but with lots of flexibility built in, which we appreciated. There was a lot to learn but Connor guided us through it all in a cohesive and comprehensive way that ensured the basics were covered, plus the weekly follow up email with resources and a recording was really useful to refer back to. We are very impressed with every aspect of the service Connor provided and would not hesitate to recommend Fuelus to anyone embarking on their HubSpot journey - truly 1st class!
