RevOps offre un excellent soutien en matière de gestion de la relation client

Mon organisation a travaillé avec RevOps Automated au cours des derniers mois pour configurer et mettre à jour HubSpot tout en dispensant une formation à l'ensemble de l'équipe. Pendant cette période, Brandon a été une excellente ressource à laquelle faire appel, sa capacité à dispenser une formation de manière simple et engageante a permis à l'équipe de comprendre les nuances d'un système avec lequel nous n'avions pas d'expérience préalable. Brandon et Preet ont tous deux été très accessibles tout au long du processus et ont travaillé dur pour résoudre tous les problèmes qui se sont posés au cours de la mise en œuvre.

At Evalugent, we've had the pleasure of working closely with the RevOps Automated (ROA) team, and their support has been a huge help in driving our growth and streamlining our processes. From the start, they’ve been proactive in understanding our needs and providing tailored solutions that have had a real impact. One of the key areas where they’ve supported us is with Lead Object Creation. The team helped us refine and define our lead data structure, ensuring it aligns with our sales and marketing goals. This has made a huge difference in how we track and manage leads, providing us with better insights and visibility into our pipeline. They also assisted with optimising our Life Cycle Stages, helping us ensure that leads and opportunities are moving through the funnel efficiently. Their expertise allowed us to accurately map out the stages and ensure we're aligning our sales efforts with the customer journey. ROA created a few dashboards across GTM. The ROA team worked with us to build dashboards that offer clear visibility and actionable insights, enabling our teams to make data-driven decisions. ROA conducted a high-level audit of our HubSpot instance, providing us with valuable recommendations for optimising our workflows and systems. The audit highlighted several areas for improvement and helped us streamline operations, saving both time and resources. We deleted and enriched our data to support our GTM team. They also worked closely with us on enhancing our nurture workflows, ensuring they are aligned with our goals and offering better targeting and engagement throughout the customer journey. The improvements have helped us increase the effectiveness of our campaigns, driving higher engagement. Lastly, the RevOps automated team helped us update our lead scoring system to align with the new HubSpot lead scoring methodology. One day HubSpot onboarding

RevOps Automated supported is with a fast-track HubSpot onboarding in a day. Natalie Furness set up our portal, taught us how to administer the platform and onboarded our team. The knowledge of the trainer was great, and she was also very patient with us. We have received 2-hours additional consulting for 30 days and during this time we told how long we had left to use. I would recommend to others.

Natalie has supported me with NPS Surveys through HubSpot. I'm someone who had never used HubSpot prior, so was pretty nervous about getting it right. Natalie took the time to talk me through how it looks and works, plus the benefits! She went through the additional set up required so that reporting can be used (including the time saving workflows!! Wow!) What I was extremely grateful for is that Natalie explained every step in detail so I now have a better understanding of HubSpot and how it works outside of NPS too. It's also meant that the NPS survey has improved and become easier to manage every quarter. Natalie has a great energy and is an absolute expert so it is always a pleasure speaking/ working with her. I was really impressed with Megha's HubSpot knowledge right from the outset. She delivered a thorough account audit report. It was very detailed and had easy to understand actionable inputs for us. I particularly liked the way she helped us debug multiple workflows, and her inputs have improved our reports significantly. All in all, RevOps AUtomated folks actually demonstrated their commitment to helping us achieve the objective. Megha's response time was amazing throughout the engagement and at times I felt as if I'm working with my own internal team.
