J'ai travaillé avec SyncMatters sur un certain nombre de projets de migration vers HubSpot et leur équipe est professionnelle, amicale et compétente. Ils sont heureux d'aider à résoudre les problèmes qui surgissent lors des migrations et sont rapides à répondre. Un grand merci à Natalia, Lucy et Scot ! Hautement recommandé, surtout si vous cherchez à migrer des activités vers HubSpot, ce qui peut être délicat à faire manuellement.

HubSpot à HubSpot - sans faille + support incroyable

Nous devions migrer un ancien compte HubSpot dans un compte HubSpot existant et, incroyablement, il n'y a aucun moyen de le faire dans HubSpot lui-même. Et vous ne pouvez pas faire une exportation/importation manuelle car tous les objets - par exemple les emails - ne sont pas exportables. Donc si vous voulez une exportation complète et identique, vous devez utiliser un service de migration comme celui-ci. Après avoir testé plusieurs options et lu de nombreux avis, j'ai opté pour SyncMatters. C'était facile à utiliser, avec des options de mappage incroyablement configurables et, surtout, une assistance de classe mondiale. Vraiment incroyable. Quelle que soit l'heure, il y avait toujours quelqu'un prêt à aider. Et contrairement à d'autres fonctions d'assistance, les opérateurs d'assistance étaient tous de véritables experts capables de diagnostiquer les problèmes, d'offrir des conseils, des réponses et des solutions techniques, voire de prendre le contrôle et d'effectuer des opérations en votre nom. J'ai été incroyablement impressionné. Et suite à un problème de mise à jour accidentelle de notre ancienne base de données, SyncMatters nous a aidés à résoudre ce problème en quelques minutes. Et pour couronner le tout, il s'agit d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Cette fonctionnalité devrait être intégrée à HubSpot, mais ce n'est pas le cas, et je recommande donc à 100% cette solution.

Grande expérience de la migration SFDC -> HS

L'équipe de SyncMatters avec laquelle j'ai travaillé a été fantastique ! Ils m'ont aidé à migrer avec succès une instance SFDC complexe vers HS dans un délai très court (~3 semaines), tout en fournissant des conseils d'experts et des conseils sur les meilleures pratiques pour simplifier et rationaliser notre nouveau CRM. J'espère ne plus jamais avoir à migrer de CRM, mais si c'est le cas, je le ferai avec SyncMatters.

The best import support I ever experienced. Salesforce to HubSpot!

Before we chose to change our CRM system from Zoho CRM to Salesforce, our company had only experienced unprofessional import consultants, both from third-party companies and from Salesforce directly. I had to work through everything myself and needed to understand the entire process of migrating data from CSV to Salesforce. The most difficult part was importing notes and tasks, along with the corresponding created dates and responsible users. As a result, we lost a lot of data, and no one could replicate it for us. After six months, we canceled our contract because we realized that Salesforce is not a smart CRM solution and that its development state is stuck in 2010. We then conducted our research and figured out that HubSpot is currently the best scalable sales solution, featuring smart functionalities and numerous API interfaces compared to other options on the market. When I knew I had to face another data import, I was already afraid it would not end well or would become too complex. Then came Syncmatters. Everything was easy to configure; the mapping was smart and totally logical. They even offered a free sample migration. But the best part of all was their support. I mostly worked with Lucy, who helped me even late at night. Even after we had paid for our import, I realized that some data hadn't been mapped correctly. She took action and corrected everything for us in the background—for free. I didn't need to do anything else because she handled everything. Honestly, this was the best support experience I have ever had in changing and migrating systems, and their approach was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend Syncmatters, and especially Lucy, for her amazing support. Thank you!

Custom migration from a non-standard CRM

We worked with TruJay on migrating from a niche CRM that no one we spoke to at HubSpot had heard of, and for which none of the DIY migration tools had ever heard of (it's Maximizer CRM to anyone in the future googling for solutions to no avail). Trujay was able to do a custom migration and get all of our data over cleanly and on time, and our project manager Lucy was particularly great to work with - she's responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
