NetSuite - HubSpot (Bi-Directional) Sync

We initially connected using the Native HubSpot to NetSuite integration but encountered significant delays, lasting up to months. Initially, the HubSpot team attributed the slowness to NetSuite. Despite increasing concurrency and reducing automations on our end, the extreme delays persisted and they can't even provide integration logs for us to analyze. When we spoke with their integration expert, we discovered that their connector captures all data changes based on the last modified date, even if the data falls outside the integration mapping. This approach may suffice for companies with low data volumes, but for us, operating for over 10 years, it simply didn't work. That's when Integrate NetSuite from Syncsmart came to the rescue, addressing all the limitations of the native integrator. With over 10 years of experience integrating with NetSuite, Syncsmart had deep insights into handling NetSuite data. Their user-friendly mapping interface and reliable integration logs set them apart from the native connector as well. Jamel and the team proved adept at problem-solving. Thanks to this connector, our data now flows seamlessly between NetSuite and HubSpot.
