1/4 - how to clone a deal within a workflow
If you want to build a subscription-logic with HubSpot Deals (one sale means multiple deals in the future, one for every year for example), or if you have a lot of properties and line items in one deal, it might be nice to automatically clone deals for the next lead - or for the same client next year, instead of having to rebuild the entire deal again.
This app allows you to name the cloned deal, utilising deal tokens (the original name for example + a prefix or suffix).
Additionally, you have the flexibility to assign a pipeline stage to the new deal. Furthermore, you can customize the action to maintain filtered activities, associations with contacts and companies as well as filtered line items.The line items are duplicated and linked to the new deal seamlessly.

Use a workflow action to clone a deal
Set a name for the cloned deal and select which activities, associations & line items to keep.

Clone a deal using the CRM Card on the right
You will see a new card on the right hand side in deals, that allows you to press the button to clone a deal. The new deal will be in the same pipeline & stage, with the appendix "(cloned)" at the end of the name (like cloning an email or a workflow).
