Super simple integration that delivers!
It's early days, but EverAfter's HubSpot integration is already helping us streamline how we engage with our customers, giving us an at a glance view of deals, tickets, platforms within each account, alongside other integrated content from other platforms. It gives clients better visibility across all the live requirements we're discussing with them, and allows us to share a roadmap of ideas which are driven by future requirements/backlog items we capture in HubSpot. The ability to add client-facing labels in the EverAfter account view (so that clients don't see 'Deals' and 'Tickets', but labels that are more meaningful to them) is a nice touch too.
We're using EverAfter for client communication and and relationship management. The integration with HubSpot is really easy to set up and configure - being able to pull through live object data and present that to clients is really helping us shape conversations with our customers.
Ease of integration - initially takes <1 minute, then individual object integration is really simple too. The filtering options are easy to configure too (e.g. just showing objects based on relevant criteria is configured at widget level, giving you full control over which properties are passed through into the EverAfter view).
The UI for integrated HubSpot objects can be a little clunky - you'll need to play around with what properties you want to bring over to display to optimise how your data presents to users.
