期待外れで、真の互換性はない
Knakは私の業務にとって大きな恩恵です。knakは、Eメールやウェブサイトのビルダーとして何年も使っています。HubSpotに乗り換える前は、Marketoを使っていましたが、knakとシームレスに同期できるように統合しました。しかし、HubSpotとknakの間では、その統合には多くの不満が残りました。同期後、ウェブサイトはほとんど編集できないし、統合によって、作成中のページにHubSpotのフォームを追加することもできない。Eメールの経験は、編集機能が充実しているという点では若干マシですが、クリアすべきハードルは高くありません。何十ものランディングページとメールプログラムのテンプレートを移行しています。HubSpotとknakの統合は、knak側とHubSpot側の両方で、なぜそれが存在するのかという疑問を投げかけている。
