Easily Install, Connect & Use CPQ Within Your HubSpot Instance

Once installed, Mobileforce CPQ app installs a CRM Card Extension in the righthand panel of your HubSpot Deal record view. You just scroll down to reveal it. If you have many CRM cards, simply drag the card to the top for easy access. Click on the "New CPQ Proposal" button in the card to use.

Auto-populates HubSpot Deal info in your new CPQ session

The CPQ CRM Card automatically fills in the chosen Deal and Company information in your new CPQ session. You can pick a Contact to address the Quote to in the first tab of the guided CPQ wizard. Simply move through the tabs in order to complete your Quote, which is ready to send to the customer in seconds.

Save to CRM to automatically add Quote to your HubSpot Deal timeline

After you have completed the CPQ creation workflow by adding customer info, products and services line items, discounts, approvals and generated proposal document, you can click on "Save to CRM" button to automatically update your HubSpot Deal record and add the proposal document to its timeline.

Product Configuration & Tiered Volume Pricing - FINALLY!!!!!

So we were about to launch our software integrations and we ran into a huge limitation with the HubSpot product module - lack of tiered pricing, no volume pricing, no product configurations and no way to discount. We searched high and low for various apps to integrate with HubSpot and although some had fancy looking quoting capabilities, they all lacked the backend functionality we needed and/or were way way too expensive. I contacted Jamal (rad sales guy) and I had a long list of features I needed to make this work for us. This was the 3rd to 4th company I contacted. As much time as I wasted to get to MobileForce CPQ, I am glad I did because they have provided exactly what we need and at that point I knew exactly what we wanted! During our implementation setup they listened to our needs and really wanted to understand our business so they could accomplish our goals. They even made quite a few modifications to align with our workflow. This is a great solution that saves about 30-45 minutes per proposal per sales person and we can confidently continue to grow our sales team with a software built to guide sales people as to what options are available. Highly recommend their software and I can't believe I am their 1st review. Thanks for everything!
