BUCCA is a hands-on HubSpot consultancy run by Christian Toft Bach, working as an independent freelancer. I help companies implement and optimise HubSpot CRM so it effectively supports sales, marketing, and service teams in their daily work. When you work with me, you work directly with the person who designs and implements the setup. There are no handovers or layers, just clear ownership, close collaboration, and fast execution. I specialise in setting up and optimising HubSpot CRM, with deep experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub. My work covers everything from pipeline structure, deal stages, and reporting to lead routing, automation workflows, email marketing, service inboxes, and customer lifecycle tracking. I’ve supported growth-focused companies such as MuteBox, Northguard, VVV, and Rhinix with CRM implementations, automation, tracking, and dashboards.
