Using Sales Tactics for Truck Driver Recruiting

We partnered with Farmers Marketing to assist us with our CDL driver recruiting. We had 3-5 over-the-road trucks at any given time that were unseated and several local driver shifts that we needed filled. The team at Farmers Marketing chose to work with us on designing and implementing campaigns which incorporated outreach via social media which directed prospects back to our customized content which helped candidates get to know us, like us, trust us and drive for us. Our efforts are ongoing, but I am proud to say that I no longer have an unseated truck problem.
