We worked with Kaitlyn to onboard us with HubSpot, and she was great with answering questions and flexible scheduling! Feel like I really understand it now!

Successful Onboarding

Really enjoyed our time with Kaitlyn as she helped guide our firm through our first CRM onboarding. Her knowledge of the platform and ability to coach users with no previous experience in HubSpot was tremendous. Her time/effort made for a smooth and successful onboarding experience. My only recommendation for Greenhouse would be to tailor the onboarding more to the end-users goals/industry. Because these CRM's are so intricate and customizable, it would be beneficial to devote time to seeing industry-specific use cases or best practices around how to specifically use the platform to achieve your goals. Ie, shorter time spent on base-level / general understanding, more time seeing the platform in action and discussing how to get the most out of it. Still, 5-stary worthy experience.

The perfect HubSpot partner for financial institutions

Greenhouse has been an important strategic partner in getting our credit union up and running on HubSpot. We initially began working with Greenhouse during a new website development project, but quickly expanded our relationship to HubSpot onboarding. We were so pleased with their website work that we continued to work with them on content creation and further development of our HubSpot portal as our frontline CRM. Their staff is very knowledgeable on the HubSpot platform, and they are constantly bringing new features and enhancements for us to consider. They are also very responsive and adaptable to our ever growing needs. Honestly, we couldn't build on HubSpot without the expert partnership we have with Greenhouse. I highly recommend them!

Very Helpful and Responsive

As a beginner with the HubSpot platform, I was tasked with bringing an organization's CRM migration up and running in a short amount of time. My weekly calls with Dan and project plan helped me to implement their platform within 6 weeks. Dan was very responsive to any questions I had, and was quick to help with some areas I was stuck on during our weekly calls. Overall, a great collaboration with the team at Greenhouse.
