Due to the complexity of our business and the products that we sell, it was never going to be an easy task integrating HubSpot into our organisation. The Quattro team have supported us for the last 12 months to implement HubSpot into all element of our business. We took a big jump to implement Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS and Operation Hub into our business and they have supported every aspect of this. In particular they have worked through some complex workflows to ensure a seamless link from Sales through to Operations with dozens of custom workflows. We engaged with Quattro in late 2022 and worked with them for about 6 months. Quattro were instrumental in helping to streamline our current business processes and boost our efficiency, especially across the sales and marketing teams. They offered helpful advice with regard to contact segmentation and the specific customer journey. Kelly has been an exceptional account manager, going above and beyond to ensure that all of our staff involved were on board with any changes and offering practical solutions to any concerns they had. Her knowledge, particularly on customising our CRM, was impressive and she remained an open point of contact through the process, always keeping us up to date and following up on any outstanding tasks to significantly lower our time to value. The whole team have been a pleasure to work with, always ready to help, so we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Invaluable guidance for marketing hub set-up & integration

I am so glad we chose Quattro to onboard us into HubSpot Marketing suite. The whole process ended up slightly more complicated than expectated and I felt supported throughout, even in areas that were not within the original remit! Quattro always made themselves available for questions, kept to regular meetings and were clear about progress, next steps, and gave invaluable advice around best practice throughout. I would reccommend to anyone, and am very thankful for all the help given to us in set-up of templates, lists, workflows, data clean, integrations and reporting.
