True Partners

SaaScend has been an integral part of our growth and customer relationship management strategy. As a growing startup, everyone in our company has to wear a lot of hats; we don't have the luxury to hire a dedicated resource to optimize our HubSpot ecosystem. SaaScend has filled that gap outstandingly. In addition to knowing more about HubSpot that we could ever hope to know, their consultative approach and proactive recommendations have been massively impactful in helping us develop and implement prospecting, communication, relationship management, and upsell processes that we wouldn't have been able to tackle without them. They take the time to deeply understand our business and have been true partners in helping us grow.
