The TechNWeb (dba. PowerSync) team has been integral to our move to HubSpot. The HubSpot transition effort started when we provided raw data from our previous system. The data had not been cleaned up in 10+ years. Through collaborative sessions, TechNWeb was able to remove data we no longer needed and translated the remaining data into a format HubSpot easily understood. We didn’t lose any critical data during the migration while following HubSpot best practices. This effort alone saved our company countless hours of pouring over spreadsheets. What we appreciated the most was that we had micro checkpoints as we were cleaning up and translating the data. The data was uploaded in small increments at first until we got it to a perfect state. Then a full import took place. TechNWeb team was proactive in learning our business by asking questions and learning our business processes, and they were also happy to answer our questions when we had any. We felt this approach helped us move quickly and efficiently through our HubSpot onboarding. Prior to HubSpot, our sales team did not have full visibility into all the deals they were working on. Sales reps were siloed and only had access to the communication from their email inbox. TechNWeb connected all emails with HubSpot, which solved that issue for us and now anyone is able to pick up any sales conversation if one of the sales reps is out of the office. In addition, HubSpot phone numbers were assigned to all our Sales reps, which made every single step of this process a pleasure instead of a drudgery. As most companies would be, we were anxious about how all of this would turn out. HubSpot was a large investment, and then taking on an onboarding service was another investment; however, TechNWeb team has made the process very seamless for us, and our team could not be happier.
