At Torre, we’re building the AI that lets companies entirely automate their recruitment and lets candidates automate their job hunting, whether it is full-time, flexible, freelance, or internships. If you’re recruiting, Torre can help you attract candidates and/or sorting candidates. As a company, you can use Torre in two ways: A freemium self-service experience, great for early adopters given that our tech is still in alpha stage. It includes a job marketplace, applicant tracking system, psychometrics, and recruiter bots. Alternatively, you can fully delegate your recruitment to Torre. We assign you a team that works as the interface between you and Torre’s platform. In other words, you upload your recruitment to the Torre cloud. Scalable and de-scalable, as you need it. Regardless of your choice, we’ll improve your recruitment speed, fulfillment rates, and accuracy while reducing your talent attrition, costs, and OPEX.
