Es fängt mit einem nicht transparenten Kaufprozess an und endet mit einem Produkt, das vielversprechend klingt, allerdings absolut nicht zielgerichtet ist. Es ist nicht einsetzbar im professionellen Umfeld.

Kontakte zwischen HubSpot und Teams synchronisieren.

Es funktioniert nicht: Man kann alle Kontakte aus HubSpot synchronisieren, allerdings ohne vorherige Auswahl nach z.B. einem zugeordnete Kontakte, aktive Kontakte o.ä. Da man nach Anzahl der synchronisierten Kontakten bezahlt, ist das Tool überhaupt nicht zielführend.

Awful - They charged me 12 months when I signed up for ONE & you can't filter contacts to sync

First, the sync cannot be controlled at all. Once you decide to purchase the application, it instantly starts syncing your contacts RANDOMLY. So, now I have a bunch of personal contacts in HubSpot that I need to go in and delete out of the system. If you're going to offer syncing of a limited number of contacts, ALLOW THE USER TO FILTER THE PARAMETERS FOR SYNCING. Second, the contacts that were synced all have a +49 country code in front of their phone number. I'm in the US!! I now have to go edit any contacts shared in both directions to remove the country code. Third, they do not filter out duplicate contacts. So now I have multiple duplicate contacts in HubSpot and my iPhone that I need to manually go through and delete. Fourth - and this is the BIGGEST issue - the website lists pricing by MONTH. There is nothing on the sign up page that says you are paying for a year of service. I signed up for ONE MONTH at 9 euros. Yet they billed me for ONE YEAR OF SERVICE!!! NO way to cancel your subscription. When I sent an email, they responded quickly, but have no resolution to my problem. This is a SCAM.

You will be billed for something you didn't want and have to dispute the charges with your bank. You can't control the syncing, so unless you want completely random contacts going into your CRM, don't do it. Also, all of the contacts were automatically added with a +49 country code, meaning they're all useless anyways. Very very poorly done integration and I would advise to stay away.
