It has been an absolute pleasure working with Lyndon. He has been very patient in guiding us at RMC through all of the different functionalities of using a CRM tool (HubSpot). With the closure of learning institutions in Trinidad and Tobago in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my institution was faced with the reality of declining student enrolment numbers. Having to transition our operations remotely in the absence of a CRM was extremely challenging. The expert knowledge, guidance and training from Lyndon Brathwaite, coupled with the HubSpot CRM system, proved to be an integral part of the institution's enrolment campaign for the new academic year. The institution created a core team comprising members of the marketing and admissions departments, who were trained in inbound marketing methodology, understanding the student enrolment journey, how to attract, nurture and convert prospective students. HubSpot allowed for the integration of all of the institution's individual digital platforms to create a strategic marketing approach. With only three months into the campaign, we have double the number of leads compared to last year's campaign and have already secured the same amount of applications compared to last year. With another six weeks before the campaign ends, we have no doubt that we will surpass this year's enrolment target, with a significantly less promotional budget when compared to previous years.
