Promising setup, completely ruined by failed text delivery and absolutely zero support response
I really wanted to love this app and the ability to monitor my calendar, then send meeting reminder texts to clients. Aardvark synced with my calendar just fine and the rest of the setup was pretty smooth. Everything went well, until time time to actually send the texts...and they all failed delivery. The error message indicates it's an authentication problem with the Aardvark number, from Twilio. Because the Aardvark support knowledge base doesn't even hint at a solution, I had to do some AI searching. The consensus was that it's a configuration issue that Aardvark needs to resolve - and that's where I hit the wall. As another reviewer mentioned, it seems the Aardvark team has abandoned support. I've had no response to 2 tickets and to an email. Why don't I call them, you ask? Well, their phone number "isn't accepting calls at this time".
Pretty easy setup and calendar sync.
No support to resolve a text delivery failure issue.
