A powerful tool that's already good out of the box, and excellent with just a bit of configuration

A powerful tool that just keeps getting better. The entire GTM org can all benefit from this tool in vastly different ways, from sales discovery scoring to internal meeting action items, the use-cases are primary limited by your imagination. It's young, so expect it to change and evolve rapidly, but even now it's a very impressive tool that I highly recommend checking out.

Easy to configure for simple cases and has enough depth to enable more complex ones. The AI workflow builder somehow doesn't suck, and the ability to easily group and interrogate calls with AI for almost GTM use-case is fantastic.

Some growing pains & quirks that are inevitable for a tool this young, doesn't have every integration quite yet (shoutout to Outlook). Not quite feature-complete compared to dedicated call-recorders. Learning the ins and outs of workflows is important to reach full value, which may be intimidating (but worth it).

Never not using AskElephant

Works great - it has given our team so much leverage. We are more productive as a sales team and their workflows allow us to do anything and everything we can imagine. From deal interventions to referral coaches to meeting prep to many other things... I can't imagine selling without it now.

Productivity it unlocks, team is amazing, they innovative and launch new features so fast, they resolve issues quickly (even though there aren't many). Lots of pros!

The biggest con is that I don't have the time to implement and use all of the workflow recipes. So much to do that I feel like I am still underutilizing the platform.
