Integrates.io saved us from a huge headache
We are a rather large MSP based in the UK, and while the sales team loves ConnectWise, the same can''t be said for my Marketing team. Which really only left us with one choice - HubSpot. However, we needed a way to streamline data between the two platforms and Integrates.io has been the answer to that problem. From initial meeting, all the way through to implementation and support, the Integrates.io team have been absolutely fantastic. There hasn't been a question i've put to them that they haven't been able to answer. For us, the consistent stream of data between our two CRM platforms has been crucial in measuring the success of our marketing function. - If a new contact enters HubSpot through a webform, its automatically added to ConnectWise. - If a sales person enters a new deal in ConnectWise, we can see it and report on it through HubSpot An great team and product that saves you the frustration of manually mapping fields through something like zapier.
We are primarily using Integrates.io to pull data from ConnectWise (Mainly contact, customer and deal information) into HubSpot.
Fantastic team and very knowledgeable. Super easy implementation and onboarding process. Any issues that crop up after implementation are dealt with almost instantly and usually fixed the same day.
