Fantastisches Feedback-Tool, aber schwache HubSpot-Integration

Great application with great integration

Simple sat is great! It’s very easy to use and the integration to HubSpot works seamlessly.

Excellent support and HubSpot ticket functionality

Support is excellent. They helped create custom mappings from Simplesat to HubSpot ticket properties.
What problem are you trying to solve?We use Simplesat to capture what we call "Thumbs Up." This is a link in each support team members email signature where anyone they are emailing can leave them a thumbs up or thumbs down. Simplesat allows us to embed custom icons in their signature and create HubSpot tickets for thumbs down for easy follow-up with the reviewer.
