Not helpful
It wasn`t great communication; we've had several imports because the import service wasn't listening to us. It was exhausting. Also, they wanted to cut the sync even though we weren't done. The Pipedrive to HubSpot sync was not great.

No kick-off meeting with import! They didn't listen/read our emails correctly. No great support from the onboarding service
