Sync data between Mailerlite and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Mailerlite and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
This syncs Mailerlite subscribers.

Sync Mailerlite and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing subscribers between HubSpot and Mailerlite. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Sync only the data you want
You can set up a one- or two-way sync - and add filters to sync exactly what you want—and nothing you don’t. Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or up and add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Integration makes the initial contact upload easy, but everything else is manual
MailerLite is fine. It's essentially a simple graphic design tool that allows me to send prettier emails. It is a clunky tool that has weak design around data management. I'm not confident that MailerLite and HubSpot are consistently updating each other's data. For instance, I haven't seen any indication in HubSpot that it's tracking engagement with my MailerLite campaigns.
Affordable pricing for simple EMP features. The ability to do an initial data grab and update my CRM.
The integration doesn't appear to be automatically updating data, particularly in my CRM. I don't see a record of emails sent/engaged with.
