You've got Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks as your accounting system and you want HubSpot to be notified when that invoice is paid? Pinch fills the gap by pushing data from your accounting system into HubSpot in realtime.
We push events to your contacts timeline for payment notifications as well as giving you helpful cards to see at a glance their account activity.
For more advanced scenarios, Pinch pushes custom properties into your HubSpot contact so you can unleash the power of HubSpot automation to send notifications or add contacts to a list when they have invoices that become overdue.
Pinch comes with the power of a native integration with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Reckon One, Reckon Accounts Hosted and MYOB AccountRight, and allows creation of payment plans, subscriptions and instalment based progress payments.

With Pinch, each of your contacts will show an overview within the HubSpot record. We record whether the contact has outstanding payments, has signed into a pre-approval and details on how much the owe and have paid. A full overview now awaits each account manager!
Realtime payment notifications
Whenever Pinch processes a payment, HubSpot will be notified in realtime of the payment attempt. Both successful and failed payments are shown on the contact record.
Capture card data from HubSpot forms
Create a standard HubSpot embeddable form for your website and easily add credit card capture data in a PCI compliant manner. It's great for customer onboarding and your cash flow. Your contact is synced with both HubSpot and Xero as normal.

Seamless integration that really improved our customer visibility
Pinch is great. We have been working with Pinch for many years and they have been an excellent payment partner. They offer a better solution for what we need than other alternatives like Stripe and have enabled us to achieve flexible, seamless payment processing for our needs.
