Data Cleanup Made Easy But Future Planning Features Needed
Overall, the app has been really helpful for our team. The deduplication feature and the ability to identify incomplete contact records have made a big difference in maintaining clean and organized CRM data. While there are a few areas for improvement—like visibility into upcoming records and a more user-friendly interface—the core functionality is strong and adds real value to our workflow. Once the deduplication feature is fully live, we’ll be able to provide even more meaningful feedback based on our experience using it in real scenarios.
One major advantage is that it allows us to deduplicate records, which is extremely useful and helps keep our CRM clean and organized. Another feature I really appreciate is the ability to quickly identify the number of contacts missing key information like lead statuses, first names, or phone numbers. Both of these features save time and improve data quality significantly.
One area for improvement is that it would be great if the app could show records scheduled for future processing—this would help us catch and fix issues proactively. Additionally, a more intuitive UI or a brief onboarding guide could help new users get up to speed faster.
