BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) is the all-in-one solution for sending, tracking, and managing digital rewards programs. Send rewards and incentives from popular brands like Amazon, Visa, Mastercard, DoorDash, Uber, Grubhub, Google Play, and many more.


Integrating BHN Rewards with HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs lets you use the power of rewards across every customer touchpoint. BHN Rewards offers two core solutions:

  1. Instant Rewards: Receive a reward for completing an activity.

Worst possible customer service

Find a different provider...even if you can accomplish what you need, when something goes wrong, they are extremely unhelpful. They don't even offer phone support.

Only for automations - you can't just pull lists

I like that they refund the value of the cards. But you can't clone active campaigns. And at least at the level we are at you can't save branding and need to upload logos for each campaign. It also requires HTML coding to just update the email to left justified.

What do you like?

refunding balances = since we use for prospecting.

What do you dislike?

Inability to link to Rybbon from other email platforms and save email templates.
