Does not do everything we need

The Splash Event + HubSpot Integration works as described and expected. What it misleading is the "reporting" features. We wanted to see event reporting by event in HubSpot. Specially a list of events, the number of registered and the number of attended. Ideally we also could see the percentage of those that registered who attended. The only way we could get close to this was to build Custom Behavioral Events that use the custom contact properties we created to integrate the Splash properties over. There are also limitations on attribution reporting which has turned into the biggest issue. If you are using events for lead generation and want to track attribution reporting in HubSpot, really dig into you needs before you select Splash! All contacts show Original Source = offline sources. So you lose out on any data showing if they came from paid ads, etc. You can use tracking links in Splash but that still doesn't help tell the full picture because a paid ads person could find your website, then click on an event (leave your website and go to the Splash page) and by the time they come into HubSpot, it gives you no data other than that they came from Splash.

Integrating Splash with HubSpot

Getting the RSVPs and tracking attendance to our event into HubSpot has worked flawlessly and helps us to quickly communicate with the attendees and those that might not have been able to attend.

What problem are you trying to solve?

We are using Splash to unify our branding and messaging for online webinars. Splash does a great job in creating all the parts of the event management.

What do you like?

Direct integration of the RSVP including creating a new contact if one does not exist and tracking the time of registration and name of the event. Those that attend are also tracked.

What do you dislike?

None that we have found so far.
