Sync data between Teamleader Focus and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Teamleader Focus and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Important note:
Some limitations, that we have no control over, unfortunately apply.
- This data sync only supports the contact object. There is no information pertaining to companies that can sync.
- No custom fields of Teamleader can sync.
- Address can only sync from Teamleader one-way into HubSpot.

Sync Teamleader Focus and HubSpot in the background
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data (see below) between HubSpot and Teamleader Focus. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one. You can also add a filter for Teamleader Focus tag or HubSpot list to sync exactly what you want—and nothing you don’t.

Custom field mappings
You can set up a one- or two-way sync, which means you can either sync data from Teamleader Focus to HubSpot, from HubSpot to Teamleader Focus, or back-and-forth! Out-of-the-box default field mappings make set-up quick and keep your data clean and organized. Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or above.

Completely useless
Teamleader itself is already not great, but ok it can do some basic tasks quite well. Now if you want to use this integration, you need to have the HubSpot Operations Pro plan, otherwise you can only export contacts to TL. And even then, you are very limited: for example you cannot export custom contact properties created in HubSpot -> only the actual TL API (not this integration) allows it. If you need to call the API, better just do it and build your own integration than use this one, which doesn't do much.
You can export contacts & their default HubSpot properties to Teamleader.
You cannot do anything else. So honestly just call the Teamleader API yourself, it's better. Or pay for the Operations Pro HubSpot hub, maybe then the integration becomes more interesting.
