A must-have tool for Email Activity Migrations to HubSpot!
Threads has been excellent to work with. Their team is highly communicative, flexible, and very reasonable with pricing and timelines. For us, this app has been a lifesaver during our migration from Salesforce to HubSpot. We previously used Einstein Email Activity Capture, and as many Salesforce users know, it is nearly impossible to extract that email history because Salesforce stores those captured emails separately from standard CRM data. Threads solved this problem for us completely. They were able to pull all of our historic email activity and associate it correctly within HubSpot. Now, with HubSpot’s Breeze AI features, our CRM has full communication context, and our team can jump into HubSpot fully informed and immediately productive. This app fills a critical gap and made our migration smooth and successful.
The Threads team is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The migration process was smooth, organized, and well communicated from start to finish. Their ability to extract and map email activity where other systems fall short is unmatched. The pricing is fair, the turnaround time is fast, and the quality of the final data import exceeded our expectations.
