Extend the features of the HubSpot and boost your business communication by using the integration with the Wildix PBX and its powerful cloud-based telephony.
The integration enables automatic logging of calls and conferences that take place on the Wildix system between users and HubSpot contacts. Thus, all communication with associated HubSpot contacts is stored in one single place, which allows to keep track of all interaction with leads/ prospects and figure out the true picture of a customer’s journey.

Automatic call logging
With automatic logging of calls conducted on the Wildix system between agents and HubSpot contacts, you always have call activity for every contact within easy reach. Agents never miss out information about any previous communication with HubSpot contact, ensuring efficient workflow of your business.
Automatic logging of conferences
In case an agent had a videoconference on the Wildix system with a HubSpot contact, this meeting activity is automatically logged to HubSpot. Logging meeting data ensures that HubSpot agents get in-depth information about previous interactions with the HubSpot contact and can e.g. efficiently plan further activities with the contact.

integracion basica no cumple, deberia abrir ficha de cliente sin tener contacto abiertos incluso ficha de cliente nueva cuando entra numero no conocido por HubSpot. marcador insuficiente sin funciones de retenr transferir o grabar llamada como en la integracion de wildix con salesforce. integracion bastante justa
