The Google Search Console integration will surface more data about where your content appears in Google’s search results and how often search visitors are interacting with the site when it appears on search result pages. The reports provide visibility into the impact of your content marketing in real numbers, like clicks, impressions, and average position (page rank). You also can see the keywords or phrases people are searching for when your site appears on the results page, which can be mined for new content ideas based on the keywords your prospects are actually searching.

SEO Analytics
SEO Analytics contains a list of all pages associated with the selected domain that have been indexed by Google, along with key performance indicators for each page; the number of times it appears in Google search results, how many clicks it’s received, overall click-through rate, and more.
Query Analytics
Query Analytics is focused on search terms, rather than pages. You’ll find a list of all the search terms where their content appeared in Google’s results, along with the same metrics they have access to within the Page Analytics tab (e.g. the number of resulting impressions and clicks).
