not intuitive
not that great -
you can send texts from HubSpot via text request
setting up workflows is not intuitive, and no reporting on replies or unsubscribes

Quite Simply Did Not Work
As stated, it did not work. It was cumbersome for the sales reps to try to use and it would not read customer data (use of a chrome plugin is required), so texts would not log back to CRM records for deals or contacts. Also, it kept shifting from our dashboards (what TR calls users) to a list from an unknown company. I worked with tech support for a while on it, but eventually they just gave up and ghosted me.
Text solution for sales reps to communicate 1:1 with prospects, including through sequences.
