Todo Con Propiedad went back to Focux to implement the Marketing module, but unfortunately our experience with the HubSpot partner was not as expected. From the beginning, the team did not reflect the level of professionalism, closeness, or empathy that is expected in a strategic implementation process. In several support sessions we perceived a distant attitude and little oriented to a REAL support, which directly affected the service experience. We did not evidence a clear interest in ensuring that the implementation was 100% functional or in validating that as clients we were left with the clarity and autonomy necessary to operate the tool on a daily basis. The focus was limited, leaving aside (even in the future) key and current HubSpot capabilities such as advanced automation, strategic use of WhatsApp, AI agents and, above all, the real application of these functionalities to daily business flows. Additionally, comments in meetings such as "you're already five minutes over time" or "if you don't respond to this message, the implementation will be terminated" deteriorate the relationship and transmit a transactional perception, more focused on billable time than on customer loyalty and success. When a partner promises to sell knowledge and "strategy", but the tool does not translate, even in the future, into automations that convert opportunities into real business, HubSpot ceases to be an investment and becomes an expense. In this scenario, the final sensation is that it sells expectation, but not results.
